We want you to love your Tiana Beauty pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Wigs

Unworn wigs in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, or removed from their hairnet/packaging cannot be returned.

Lashes & Applied Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, lashes, lash adhesive, and any opened items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Email support@tianabeauty.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
