Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Free standard shipping on orders $79+; a flat $9.99 rate applies to orders under $79.

Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@tianabeauty.com and we'll help resolve it.
